New Years Resolution?

I would like to lose weight and be in shape.
I would also like to work on my relationship with God cause as it stands right now... I don't have much of one with Him.

just geeking over Avatar The Last Airbender...

I know, I know, my geek just really shows when I talk about Avatar, I know I get it. I just can't help it. it's my absolute favorite show other than The Glee Project and Glee. Avatar is at the top, and when The Legends of Korra comes out it'll be at the top as well. Avatar the show is AWESOME!!! okay, done geeking, for now.

anyways, I was watching the first part of the Winter Solstice episode. during this episode, Uncle Iroh was captured by some Earth Kingdom soldiers and Zuko was trying to find him to save him. Zuko found Iroh's sandal that Iroh had purposely left behind so that Zuko could find him. I had realized at that moment, the whole time after that, the WHOLE time Zuko had that sandal.

Suko had this sandal while he was traveling to find the avatar, while his ship blew up, while he was stuck on what was practically a door after the siege on the Northern Water Tribe, while he was on a mini vacation after the siege, while he became an outlaw of the Fire Nation, while he was traveling, living in Ba Sing Se as a refugee, when he was back at his palace as a Prince again, and when he left to join the gang and teach Aang fire bending, and when he finally went to find his uncle. he had the sandal the WHOLE DAMN TIME!!!! I've realized, Zuko doesn't understand how to connect with the people he loves.... because if someone had my stinky sock for a year or so, just on his person all the time, I'd be freaked out. just saying.

well, maybe not so simple...

though I do try to keep things simple. sometimes it doesn't work because my simple isn't what people want though they DO say that's what they want. (what????) why things just CAN'T be simple is beyond me.
